Basic structure 

• Drive part: it is composed of motor, high-speed coupling, reducer and reducer coupling on the base welded by section steel. According to the layout requirements: the driving device is equipped with two types of left and right mounting, in addition, the company is equipped with oil cooled electric roller with power of 1.5KW to 13kw and speed of 0.80, 1.0 and 1.25;

• Rolling part: it is divided into two categories: driving roller and changing roller;

• Supporting roller part: groove, parallel, centering and buffer supporting roller, etc;

• Cleaning part: divided into spring cleaner and empty section cleaner;

• Unloading part: fixed plow unloader and electric unloader;

• Brake part: there are two types of belt backstop and roller backstop;

• Accessories: in the cover, guide trough, funnel, etc.

  
  

Classification

• According to the material of conveyor belt, there are tape, plastic belt and steel core belt. The heat-resistant rubber belt can transport high-temperature materials below 120 ℃; when transporting materials with acid and alkaline oil substances and organic solvents, the rubber belt type plastic belt with oil resistance and acid and alkali resistance shall be used.

• The belt width of belt conveyor can be divided into: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400mm.
